The Pastor After 2020
In this lecture titled “The Pastor After 2020”, we will reflect on a vision of the pastor-theologian and how a renewed pastorate can lead the church to a new presence in the world. This is part three in a series on The Pastor Theologian and the Pattern of the Age, given by CPT Executive Director Joel Lawrence at Dallas Theological Seminary in February 2022.
Joel Lawrence is the Executive Director of the Center for Pastor Theologians. He previously served as the Senior Pastor of Central Baptist Church in St. Paul, MN and as a Professor of Theology at Bethel Seminary. He holds a PhD in Systematic Theology from the University of Cambridge. He is a member of the St. Anselm Fellowship of the Center for Pastor Theologians.
